Message from Gilda’s Club:
Mat yoga class including stretching, deep breathing, balancing, functional strength and relaxation. Stretch your body and mind.
For class:
Two blocks or a stack of books that can be used for lunges on the floor
Strap or belt or scarf
Blanket to fold and sit on
Bolster or pillow
Sticky/yoga mat
Please RSVP here. Login information for virtual programming will be emailed the day prior to the program, or one hour before the program start time, depending upon when we receive your reservation. Please note registration closes one hour prior to the program start time.
Due to the unprecedented need caused by Covid-19 Gilda’s Club Chicago has created a robust virtual program.
