The Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC) is a community-based, grassroots, educational, health and cultural services organization founded on the principles of self-determination, self-actualization and self-sufficiency that is activist-oriented. Community annual events celebrated are the Three Kings winterfest (toy giveaway), Peoples Parade, Fiesta Boricua and Haunted Paseo (safe focused trick-or-treating).
